Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Please contact us for a returns authorisation code prior to returning any item. We will not accept returned goods that are not accompanied by a returns authorisation code.

Returns for any other reason are at our discretion and will be considered only on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all tags and/or packaging.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and that the goods arrive in perfect condition.

Please contact us to obtain a returns number and returns delivery address.

 

Royal Mail will return your garment to us. As soon as we receive your item we will act upon your request and either send you an exchanged item or issue a refund.

 

* If you live outside of the UK, as of yet we are unable to extend this service internationally but we are working on it. Stay tuned!

 

All items on this website may be returned for a refund. The return postage costs of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How Long Can I Return My Item?

 

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return your Bela Adult purchase.

 

If you are sending from outside one of these countries and need to complete a Customs Declaration, please indicate a ZERO return value and write Returned Goods.

 

Terms and conditions

To ensure no damage occurs to the returning item(s), we advise you to return item(s) with the original packaging. Take reasonable care of the item(s) leaving all labels and tags intact and attached.

 If Bela Adult considers that the item is soiled or damaged in any way, a refund will be denied.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Bela Adult does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer, therefore, we encourage you to return garments using recorded delivery. Proof of purchase certificates and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer.

 

Refund of payment

 

The refund can only be made to the credit card or PayPal account which was originally used to pay for the garment(s). Bela Adult is committed to refunding customers as soon as we have received your goods back.

 

While we strive to issues refunds immediately, please allow up to 7 days processing time for your funds to be returned. For customers outside the UK, please allow extra time for our foreign returns depot to process the refund.
